The Houston area has long been known as a “destination” for callers around the country to come to, primarily the Hey Lollies and Bluebonnets and recently for the Texas Renegades. It takes enough dancer participation to bring these National level callers in and cover their expenses and allow them to earn enough money calling a dance to make it worthwhile. To that end, we must also participate in developing callers in our own area. Many clubs have their own club callers, but we need more if we are to support our anticipated dancer growth. If you are a caller in some phase of development or if you have a burning desire to become a caller, please let us know so we can plan some clinics to help you in your quest. Together, we can make this happen!
