Hello, I am writing on behalf of my father Carol Nixon. He and my mom were past presidents of Houston Square and Round Dance Council (I think 1998). Sadly, my dad passed away this past weekend. I am not sure who is still around that may have known my dad, but I thought I would share here as I know this community has been close knit in the past. His service is on Tuesday (9/9/25) at Woodlawn Funeral Home at 1:00pm to whomever may be interested.
