HSRDC’s annual New Dancer Jamboree “April Allemande” brought high energy and many dancers to Concordia Lutheran Church on Saturday, April 25. More than six squares gathered for the afternoon “Funshop,” where new dancers had the opportunity to sharpen their skills and build confidence under the expert guidance of caller Mike Bramlett. His encouraging instruction helped create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a memorable experience for dancers of all levels.

The evening festivities began with special recognition of the new dancers, followed by a Grand March. More than nine squares enjoyed Mainstream and Plus dancing, called by Mike Bramlett. In addition to dancing, a wonderful selection of men’s and ladies’ square dance attire was available for sale. Food, fellowship, and fun made the Jamboree a great success! Congrats and welcome to all the new dancers who are entering the wonderful world of Square Dancing!
