Put on your dancing shoes and sense of adventure for the 78th Annual Houston Hoedown –”Dance Around the World: A Global Dance Adventure!” on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 23–25 at the Pasadena Convention Center, 7902 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas!

Join dancers from near and far for a weekend filled with outstanding square and round dancing featuring the always-entertaining Dan Preedy of Spokane, Washington, whose fun-filled calling will keep you smiling and dancing, while round dancers will enjoy the smooth and elegant cueing of Kay and Bob Kurczewski, The Ski’s.

Kick off the festivities on Friday with an exhibition dance, fun squares and rounds, and a meet and greet reception in the afternoon.  Wear your favorite international attire on Friday evening as we celebrate cultures from around the globe, then return Saturday for Mainstream, Plus, Advanced and Round dancing, and a grand finale dance in the evening. New this year, enjoy Sunday morning pancake breakfast and farewell dance to wrap up an unforgettable weekend of friendship, fun, and fantastic dancing!
