Caller Clinics Are a Great Success!
Thank you to everyone who came out to dance at the HSRDC and the Houston Caller Association Caller Clinic with Tim Ploch on Saturday July 18! This was the third in the series of clinics with Tim and Vernon Jones sharing their experience and insights! These clinics will continue on Saturdays through August 22. Dancers are needed this coming Saturday, July 25 from 1:30-3:30pm to give callers an opportunity to practice what they’ve learned during the class. Let’s continue to show up to support our local callers! Then stay and angel at the Mainstream Lessons from 3:30 – 5:30pm. (Note new times!) Recent graduates from area clubs are encouraged to attend! These sessions are FREE for dancers and designed to build confidence while connecting with fellow dancers and count towards the Steal the Banner Competition!
Steal the Banner Competition Continues Until August 16!
The countdown is on for the Steal the Banner Competition. Prizes will be given to the top three clubs! There’s still time to join in on the fun! This is a great way for dancers to get floor time and meet other dancers in the Houston area.
