The Katy Prairie Promenaders celebrated 56 years of square dancing at their annual Rice Harvest Dance on Friday, October 9, at Concordia Lutheran Church. More than 100 dancers gathered for an evening of great dancing, with Mike Bramlett calling and Marilyn Waguespack cueing. Good food, door prizes, a split-the-pot drawing, and auction items added to the fun and excitement. It was a wonderful celebration filled with friendship, fellowship, and dancing as many friends joined KPP in marking this special anniversary!
